A Bit about James...

 "What I love about real estate is the rewarding feeling when I help people realize their dreams of home ownership. For some, it's their first time owning a home. For others, it's finally getting that vacation property at the beach, or it might even be a short term rental that cash flows for an investor. Regardless, It's a huge decision that most people need help making and I'm always happy to help my customers navigate the waters of our ever-changing real estate market. What sets me apart from most agents is my experience in new construction. I've focused my efforts at various model homes and I'm proud to say I have helped sell out multiple new construction neighborhoods. 

 I'm so grateful for this team and all the resources that have been provided to me over the years. I'm truly blessed to be with the best! Nathan has always provided top notch training for the team and we even went to a Tony Robbins event in West Palm Beach together recently. 

 In my spare time I love the active lifestyle we have here in the Florida panhandle. Whether it's training Jiu-jitsu, practicing hot yoga, paddle-boarding, going on bike rides, taking ice baths, enjoying the beach, or just hanging out with my dog Roofus, I love everything our area has to offer."
